[REQUEST] Glory hole mod or PC hosting an orgy?

Good day friends, after all those glorious years of Skyrim modding and those amazing mods I didn't find a mod that either allow the pc to start a gangbang like talk to npcs ,or maybe I'm just blind and there is one or two out there that , immersively telling them she wants to do a gangbang , and it's like either a prostitution and she get money out of it or not which adds to her fame in sl fame ? 

Another idea of a mod I always wanted to find is a gloryhole mod , where pc earn money through this IMMERSIVE way , utilizing Billy's animations for glory hole .. or even using other animations but the point stand also doing MMMF+ /gangbang for extra money ...

I'm trying to do those on my own but I lack the knowledge in creation kit and initiating sex through sexlab and all , if anyone can point Me or link some tutorials to learn how to make those quest or dialogue - sex initiating mods it would be nice .
