Can anyone help me find this face preset?

I saw this character through a bodyslide preset - the face preset is really good I think, and I wanna find a way to get it... According to the comments, it was apparently called "Tenjin (텐진)" by Arca, locked behind a password in an archive file (I think?), and removed by the author. If anyone knows where this is floating around, or maybe has a good way to recreate something that looks alot like it, that'd be great. Any help is appreciated.
