help i keep getting blackscreen freezing when trying to enter thalmore embassy

crashing on trying to enter thalmore embassy for quest i get all the way to the embassy enterance and when i click to go in i get loading screen then blackscreen ....here is my crashlog

Gonna need clarification on this one because a freeze is not a crash. That crash log has nothing to do with your black screen on cell change issue.

 

If the game is actually freezing then the most practical approach to fixing that is unfortunately to disable mods until the problem goes away. If you know what mods you have that may affect the surrounding areas where the problem occurs then maybe you can cut down on the list of suspects a bit but that's about it.

 

Edit: In case you're still interested in the crash log, because of the "MarketplaceMenu" that appears in the stack, this crash log could be from a game launch which would indicate that you have (or had?) Achievements enabled in Engine Fixes SSE. This feature is/was broken.

whats happening is when i get to thalmor mansion and go to enter i get the loading screen like normal but upon actually entering it stays black and i cant close window out the game still runs in background because i can hear the music but otherwise it becomes un playable and moveable and im forced to restart my computer in order to reload the game i have tired cleaning my saves and even done the whole bat rest rest bat start rest save bat kill save restart game and load latest save ....even that doesnt fix the issue ....and it makes the main questline unable to progress or play through......i have started a new game since and am hoping that i dont find this issue in it but im still having the issue mentioned in the old start
