ruyihitomuri Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 Is there anyway to copy a npc's face and use it on your character? I know you can modify the NPCs themselves...But I've been wondering about your own character like if I wanted Aela, Serana or Mjoll as a basic framework to work off of.
waldus Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 i believe this mod has that ability, but i haven't tried it myself... http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29624//?
ruyihitomuri Posted November 8, 2013 Author Posted November 8, 2013 i believe this mod has that ability, but i haven't tried it myself... http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29624//? I actually used the mimic before, but for some reason it never worked for me. I probably just don't know how to use it?
waldus Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 "Open console in game and select the npc by clicking on him/her. Type: SPF npcname Open the Creation Kit and go to File>data, put a checkmark on skyrim.esm by double clicking on it and Ok and let CK load it. (Do 'yes to all' to any error you receive) Use object window on your left and browse to Actors>Actor>Preset and double click one of the preset for your race. For example, If you play a Male Nord, doubleclick on NordMalePreset01 Use the small arrows on the top right of the npc window and select Character Gen Parts. In this page you will see a Import button. Click on it and select the file you created ingame with SPF. Then click OK and go to File>Save. Name your new ESP Preset and activate it using your mod manager. When in game open console and type ShowRaceMenu and change your preset to the new one. Once that done you can deactivate your Preset.esp" thats the long, long way of using npc faces, and it supposedly works, also, somewhere out there is a site that has slider presets for a large number of the named unique npcs, but i dont remember what it was.
