Red square when looking at the sun

When I look directly towards the sun when it's near the horizon I get this big red transparent square covering almost the entire screen. I'm using an ENB and I have read about this glitch on reddit where they say deleting sunglare.dds fixes it, but I don't have any such file. I've also disabled sunglare in the ENB settings and it makes no difference.

You can see the edge of the square in the right of the screen:

 

Edit: If I restart the game the glitch is gone. So a graphics memory issue? The probability of getting crashes is a lot higher after playing for a few hours, so there is that.

Maybe you already tried this but the first thing I'd do is use the in-game menu to toggle ENB off. If the issue disappears then, again in the in-game ENB menu: toggle off each enabled feature. If the problem goes away with one of them you've again narrowed it down. It is also possible its none of the built-in features and that the effect is implemented in a shader. In that case you'd have to locate the shader and edit it, which may turn out to be a bit more complicated than it sounds.
