not a modder, but I've been wanting to learn how to mod, probably gonna start with making some CC for the sims 4 when I get around to it

 

aside from that, really interested in Paradox's Life By You, supposedly the early access will start in June, hopefully it's as good as it seems to be

These are the top engines that have large community support and guides. Beyond resources they have a many discord servers that are based around the engine or games that use that engine.

 

Github offers a good starting point for find relevant modding tools that are updated.
