So pls tell me step by step and simple ....

I'll see if I can help. I'm more of a mod enjoyer than a mod maker, but I've run many of the suits and body mods with much success.

First off, forget about the the old Square Bikini/Lace Mod/Towel Mods. They are way out of date and obsolete.

The first thing you need is an updated d3dx.ini file and also a body mod for every Venus in the game.

I used Teddy as a good jumping point for those so start there.

Hi-Metal's bodies should work for the most part, so just grab those for now. There are other bodies you can find on the site as well after you've got the hang of the basics.

Also Teddy's suit replacements will give you more options for what your Venuses are wearing. You'll need the Loquat Mod for the swimwear used in the shower scene. Then grab as many suits as you want, starting with the ones your Venuses have, then branching out to ones you see on other people's Venuses.

After you get the hang of it, you can grab other mods from other modders. Be forewarned the mods from the DMM version may not work with Steam Global, wihout some heavy tweaking in some cases.

Another nice mod to have is Teddy's Gacha Demist and Wetter Bodies. The first makes the shower scene better, and the second gives better "shine" when the Venuses get wet.

I'm not familiar with Costume Customiser, and the DAFF/RED mods. All I know is they replace some base R suits for just about anything you want. I'm also not familiar with the mods used to take better pictures. If you look at my screen shots, they are VERY standard, but I'm more for the showing of my Venuses than taking "glory shots".

Of course don't be afraid to ask questions when you can, and it doesn't hurt to learn a bit about how the ini files work. With the limited knowledge I have, I've made some changes to ini code to make one person's mods work in a different way.

Modding in DOA is so hard and confusing! moding in Tekken and Resident Evil was 10000x easier!

It's not that hard at all

First you need 3Dfix-DOAX-VenusVacation, I assume you have it, you put it in the game folder.

Now you need skins for girls, I mostly get it from here

but use whatever you want. It's best to upload them to a separate Mod\Skins folder

Modding with fluffy mod manager for RE was drag file to manager...modding for Tekken is llike copying and pasting mods in mods folder and done! but for DOA I'm trying to do it for 2 days and I'm close to give up If modding in DOA series and in this game was easy like RE and Tekken it could be much more popular on PC.
I'm new in this game so I don't have every costume... I just want to have high-quality models and skins + trying costume mods 
I think for users like me costume customizer is better right?( it lets me try every or some of the costume mods with one click right?)

Some of topics don't say where users should move the file or how to active it or I don't get it ( I felt dumb lol)

If you successfully install 3DFix (3dmigoto), then press F1 when entering the game and the help interface will be called.

F2 is to open and close the Mod.

F10 is for restart the mod. You have to press F10 every time you add new clothes. There is no need to restart the game.

After you successfully install the skin, you can try it with Square Bikini first.

After that, you can go to teddy’s page to find the clothes Mod you have.

This game is divided into two platforms: DMM and Steam. If you are using Steam, you should pay attention to whether the mod supports the Steam version.

This is probably quite a common problem, it has been discussed several times but I have never had this problem personally, try this solution

 

I have created several mods that use N and R outfits, so maybe try them out

Mods must be in the game folder under "Mod" theoretically, you can throw them in whenever you want, but it's better to divide them, e.g. skins, other, costumes, hair, etc.

And each mod should have its own separate folder

 

I see you got Love Letter for Shandy (Urayamashī), here's a mod for her from Teddy:

What am I doing wrong... I moved this to the game folder and after pressing Home button I chose daypool.ini but it looks like the default settings

Judge for yourself whether it is similar. Maybe it's just a matter of reshade settings. There are several wet mods on the website, you have to see which one suits you best
