Hearts popping above the head.

Just a question, I recently noticed that during the scenes these hearts appear on the character's head, what does it mean?

It means your girl has an orgasm. You got an moodlet also. that means your partner gave you an orgasm during sex

i think no. but there is a setting where you can set this off.. but i don´t know where at the moment

it´s called "Orgasm Visual Effect Switch" -> Uncheck to prevent displaying the hearts visual effect during orgasm.
