[SOLVED] What did i do wrong?

I have using DOA XVV mod from this forum for years and its working fine
For some reason i have to reinstall everything on my PC, including steam and this game
I already download the 3dmigoto + base pack + some mod i usually have before 

But now the mod isn't working like it used to be in my game

i didnt know what i do wrong

 

the 3dmigoto is working cause i can see the help when i press F1

the skin + costume mod is active too but somehow it isn't working

but the gacha demist mod do work like normal

i already try everything i can think of:
clear cache, reinstall the mod, reinstall the game, and i cant seems to made the mod work like it used to be

can somebody help me?

Try downloading the latest d3dx.ini from Teddy's post.

i never use the teddy fix in the past, so i never thought i need it
it seems to fix my problem like magic
