"no breast movement while wearing armor" is selected during install but there is still breast jiggle while wearing armor MTM OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset

SOLVED, i didnt have ocbpc installed : )

trying to get things going with MTM OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset. I selected no breast movement while wearing armor during install but there is still breast movement while wearing armor. I havent installed anything besides performance mods and cbbe + bodyslide and this is literally the first thing i am trying to get out of the way before continuing on with modding the rest of the game. i cant seem to figure it out. please help : )
