ask for birth control disappeared ?

today wanted to make my sims ask his wife to use birth control again but somehow i can't find the option anymore ?? 

restarted the game again and still can't find it

is it a bug, did something change or do i suffer from memory loss hence can't find where the option was, i remember it being there ?

Its been moved to the More choices - Friendly -More choices then Wicked
