Getting CTD'd everytime trying to equip a modded armor

As you can see, when I downloaded and install armor mod in Skyrim AE, not only armor didn't show up in my inventory, the downloaded modded armor can't even be search by additemmenu mod, and I have to "open" it through QUI mod. 

 

When I press enter, the game does CTD.

 

I surfed online for solution however, none of them did help, and I m pretty much at my wit's end here.

Oh, and one thing, every time I try to launch the game, this error would show up,

 

 

 

I surfed the web to find and tried many solution, non of em worked.

Right now, I not sure the CTD was caused by this?

EDIT: The SKSE Plugin Loader error is solved after removed no-esp.dll. Thanks a lot! @traison

 

But the CTD still occur.

There is only one solution to outdated dlls: Get a version of the dll that is compatible with your game version. If none exists, remove the mod.

Thanks to you, the SKSE Plugin Loader error is gone, but CTD still occur

Alright, uninstalled QUI and fixed the crash.

Here now I use Skyrim Cheat Engine instead, but another problem comes out.

 

The mod armor is absent from my inventory.

Tried to added mod armor via Skyrim Cheat Engine, still absent as well.

 

Any ideas?

Alright, got the armor absent part nailed down as well by open the Skyrim Cheat Engine, choose the mod armor esp/esl, then show the mod armor in inventory, THEN grab it from there.
