Fat wrists/ankles on follower body (NSFW images)

So I am trying to fix the bodies on a couple of followers while fixing the companion hire fire trade that doen't exist and I am drawing a blank. Had a similar issue on a Skyrim mod that ended up being mismatched textures and body type ie: unp vs cbbe.  Kinda wondering if it is a skeleton issue but as far as I know the body type is cbbe and textures cbbe. The thing is in slm if I choose to remove clothes the body looks normal wilst clothed the body is still nude but has wrist ankle and neck issues. What am I not seeing?

Solved more or less. Was trying to add dialogue options and improve followers that are part of an appearance / replacer mod. Apparently they were auto equipping an outfit that was textured to be a nude body suit.
