Some textures stopped loading. (100+ hours save)

This is a new issue, I have no idea what i've done or what's going on.

 

For context: I am using the wasteland of depravity modlist, been playing on it for like 150+ hours, and this just started happening maybe few days ago? Didn't bother me at start but it doesnt look like its going away. 

 

My PC is more than decent so I doubt I'm running out of memory so something, but i'm open to suggestions.

 

As you can see from the picture, some textures are loading (like the safe in the back) while some don't. From what i've noticed, it's just textures of objects like Desks, doors etc.. Also, sometimes when i start the game some textures don't load, but the next time the same textures will load perfectly, so idk what to say.

The only "weird thing" i can think about is that I compacted form IDs of some piercing mods and some earrings because i ran out of room for esp. Don;t think it has anything to do with my issue?

Saw something similar in youtube, maybe related to Long Loading Times Fix mod if you have that.
