(SEARCH) Different buffs/debuffs after sex with different race of NPCs

I remember seeing something like this a while ago, but maybe I just imagined it. It was a mod about different buffs or debuffs (maybe?) after you had sex with an NPC of a certain race. I really can't remember one of the buffs or debuffs for an example

Maybe it was with the type of schlong? Like Khajit with barbed one hurted the player with a debuff...

The barbed thing was in one of the prostitution mods... I don't remember which one maybe ancient profession, Fill her up baka has race buffs based on who filled the player for as long as the semen is inside I think.
