No nipples or genitals in CAS

My issue is that when l use CC tops or bottoms that expose intimate areas, none show in CAS. There might be a 3D nipple mesh, sometimes, but there's no textures, it's all completely smooth.

To be clear, with some outfits, they do show in Live Mode. And, they do show in CAS when not wearing any tops/bottoms. But I can't really preview from CAS how an outfit will look, I have to finalize the outfits and view them in Live Mode to actually see them work.

Can someone tell me what's wrong here and how to fix it?

Both Sims 4 and WW are up to date. The only body-related mod I'm using is WW, plus the CC clothing recommended on WW's thread OP.

What I can recommend you so far, is to manually apply boobs/vagina overlays on the body details tab. While in CAS, click on sim's face and it should be in one of the tabs.
