ENB settings and skin color tone

I am looking for a Skyrim LE ENB preset with a similar look to the 2nd image below. The first image is with Kwanon enb but it lacks vibrancy and colorfulness. I am searching for an ENB preset that provides a colorful look for the characters, very similar to the image so if anyone have suggestion.
