AddItemMenu, QUI, SMIS updates to 1.6.1130

I am a very basic modder with no knowledge of coding, but returning to skyrim SE have me use SSE AE 1.6.1130, and from what I can find none of the above mods have had any updates to 1130, or any updates since late 2022, does it make it ok for someone else to take on updating the mod then? Or are there more alternatives out there that are updated and usable?
