Looking for help creating custom sims.

I hope I'm posting this in the right section but, I've seen some pretty accurate celebrities that have been uploaded on Sims Resource however there are a lot of duplicates and not much selection. I'm hoping to find someone who is better at working from photos to shape faces than I am. Not only am I looking for celebrities to move to Del Sol Valley but I'm also looking for help creating some of my friends and family. Anyone that can offer help or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appriciated!
