Assuming this is for Skyrim SE?  Are they craftable in game or do we find them in a barrel?  Do we need AddItemMenu?

 

I used an item cheat to get them in game.  Noticed that they occupy the same slot as circlets.  These have a fantastic look, but is it possible to have them occupy a different slot, so they can be worn alongside circlets?  I ask because normally you need a mod to wear helmets alongside circlets, meaning these go away if you wear a helmet.  Also see these are classified as heavy armor but have no armor.  any chance you can make them have an armor value and be improvable?
