npcs from other mods loosing dialog

Hey, so very simply what happened is that npcs from some other mods such as someguy new Vegas bounties loses their intended dialog only getting genetic sexout mods dialog however if I remove all mods which ads dialog sex does it still open same dialog. From what I can tell does the mod causing it start with every npc saying "Hello" and there are two end conversion option which I think is something like " I will leave " and " goodbye". I know the issue has been fixable as I managed to do it once before but don't remember how sadly.

 

I'm currently not at my steamdeck but if there's anything important I need to check/show please let me know and I'll do it as soon as possible

Okay update Incase it helps someone else in the future [most likely me again] the issue seems to stem from sexout slavers 3
