Clean Up Their Faces

Hello, I'm hoping to find a simple Mod that won't mess with any AAF Mods that would simply clean NPC Faces, I'm not looking for any Overhauls or Beauty Queen Mods, just something that will simply remove the dirt from faces across the the spectrum of NPC's...preferably one that does both male and female ...Any suggestions please?
