Crusader Kings (2 and 3) has a big scene too.

 

Bear in mind that Skyrim has NSFW mods to cater to most tastes/kinks. In the case of games with fewer or less-active mod authors, it may be harder to find a mod for a particular interest. Or maybe that mod hasn't been updated for the latest base game update or DLC.

 

But on the other hand, at least with those games I expect mods are usually pretty easy to install and manage. No FNIS, BodySlide, etc. to deal with.
