Game stuck on loading screen

I downloaded ww today version v177c and I followed installation instructions correctly (I hope) and now my game is stuck on the loading screen. 
 

I’ve removed everything in mods folder, repaired the game, and deleted the Cache several times and nothing is helping. Out of ideas and not sure what to do. 

 

I attached a photo of my mods folder in case anyone thinks that maybe I’ve done something wrong.
