Futanari mod doesn't work

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I created a normal injection on the chemical table but there's still no penis showing, I'm obviously playing as a woman, I don't know what could be the reason, I don't have AAF installed yet because I know it's for animation and not a permanent texture. help, what else could I do? I installed this mod for a year and had no problems with it
