downgrade to 1130

Hi guys and gals,

 

for all who are waiting for mods to be updated.
At least on Steam youc an downgrade your SSE to 1130 to keep playing until mods are all updated.

Open steam console:
windows key + R, then type "steam://nav/console"
Opening that link in Browser works, too.

 

In the console download those 3 depots with the given manifest (just copy+paste below lines one by one into the console prompt in Steam)

First number is Steam ID for SkyrimSE, second number is the component (I think core, data and exe) 3rd number is the manifest which tells steam which patch level (ie in this case 1130)

Once downloads are finished they will be in Steam home directory under app_489830.
Then you just go into each and copy/move the files into the Skyrim SE directory and overwrite the exisiting ones (maybe make a backup before that).

Once that is done find the appmanifest_489830.acf.
Edit it using a text editor and modify this line to disable updates:
"AutoUpdateBehavior"        "0"

Then save and close and then change it to read only and no future autoupdate will happen.

If new update comes out and mods are up to date you can change the permission to readwrite again and autoupdate to 1 and have Steam update Skyrim SE.
