Above the group of people taking photos, a criminal raider whose limbs had been sold to a butcher shop was hung near the entrance to the southwest gate of the Nuka market to serve as a warning to all remaining or aspiring to become raiders, gunmen and other dregs of society.

In fact, the main function inside this huge building is the largest slave market in the Nuka-World and even the entire Commonwealth. Of course, the construction here is not finished, there are only staff and slaves, and it is not open to customers yet.
Also, the leaders of all the Nuka World gangs were captured here and nailed to the cross on the wall behind the slave auction area.

She, her sister Cora and her brother-in-law Peter met the general outside Nuka-World and asked the general whether it was better to go to Nuka-World or Diamond City. The general suggested that they come to Nuka-World Red Rocket, which was under construction, and invited Chelsea to become a slave auctioneer.

This is the Abernathy family cemetery. Of course, their eldest daughter Mary, who was killed by the raider, was buried in the cemetery. So of course the one nailed to the cross in front of the tomb is Ak-Ak, the gang leader who killed Mary.
