Anyone has a problem with stiff (expressionless) face

I have the strange issue with the last time I reinstalled game (around week ago) my face whilst blink in racemenu is expressionless during gameplay (move eyeballs but besides it does nothing not blinking not speaking etc.) and currently I had a time to investigate an issue and whilst there were many check mods after a while I run a nearly vanilla game (only with skse, alternate start and unofficial patch) and the problem is still there so I really don't know what and why it is happening anyone can give me some tips for fix it?

As far as I know you need MfgFix to restore blinking. Avoid the opparco variant unless you have some weird fetish for script errors.
