Body light is too bright

Anyone knows the cause of this? I'm on LE and for some reason the lights coming from a torch are too bright as you can see. Same deal with the sun light. The only thing that I did recently was update my nvidia driver. Here are the lighting mods that I use:

- Enhanced Lights and FX

- Revamped Exterior Fog

- Fog Mesh Remover

- Lightened Skyrim LE

 

I have tried disabling everything to no avail. 

The body mods that I use:

- All in one HDT SMP 3BBB (Comes with textures)
- Athletic textures
