SKSE not running and ,,outdated version"

So I've finally managed to get the required mods for SexLab, and the framework. 

Worked on everything through vortex. 

Everything worked for first gameplay, so I decided to go for some mods such as amorous adventures/romance, downloaded sum animation packs..

But after opening the game for second time, I'd see an error saying that SKSE ain't running + that Skyrim / sexlab is outdated. 

The game still however worked even with the mods. 

But then the another problem, whenever the animation was supposed to happen, the npc would just stand there for 3 seconds and then walk away, with nothing happening. 

Third problem, MCM wouldn't show any of the mods, not even after using the command or downloading extra mód to get MCM to show up downloaded mods. 

However they do appear in creations, but I can't do anything with em

 

I'm new to modding so I can't figure it out myself, even tho I've watched many tutorials but none of em worked, even after reinstalling SKSE

Drittes Problem: MCM zeigte keine der Mods an, nicht einmal nachdem der Befehl verwendet oder zusätzliche Mods heruntergeladen wurden, damit MCM heruntergeladene Mods anzeigt. 

Allerdings tauchen sie in Kreationen auf, aber ich kann damit nichts anfangen

 

Ich bin ein Neuling im Modding-Bereich, daher kann ich es selbst nicht herausfinden, obwohl ich mir viele Tutorials angesehen habe, aber keines davon funktionierte, selbst nach der Neuinstallation von SKSE
