Looking for hair and armor

After all these years of playing Skyrim LE (not lately) I've decided to upgrade to AE.  Saw a video on Nolvus and it blew my mind away.  Never seen such a gorgeous game, ever.  Right away the video posts a character with amazing hair with physics and the armor is just as nice.  Haven't seen anything so far that resembles that hair.  A little later in video, it looks like the hair can be changed back and forth to other styles.  Wigs maybe?  Either way, I'd love to find it.  Could be something you have to purchase or is private.  Thought I'd ask if anyone was familiar with it.  Thanks in advance for any information.
