Did the DD Fixes but now there's a new problem

So I had a problem with Devious Devices on SSE whenever I load up the game. whenever I start the game with the mod, it leads to a CTD on launch. so I checked the forums and found out that it was an Animation Problem. the forums told me to delete the Animations that came from Devious Devices. the animations were doing okay anyways since I have the Yuriana Wench mod installed. and it has the animations needed for it. So I start the game and the starting screen was alright. Obviously my previous Loads are all corrupted so I had to start a new game. Then I found out that Most of my mods were no longer Working. Mods like SkyUI, Racemenu, Alternative Start, Immersive armors I think, and other Mods that probably were disabled as well. I just happened to start in the Carriage to Helgen of Vanilla Skyrim so I went to go into the Main menu, pressing Esc, and the Game CTDs. Is there something I'm missing? I have Trainwreck installed to show the crash report but I can't make out anything, even tried to get a translator made for it and didn't get me good results. apparently my files keep saying SkyUI is missing but It's in my mod order list. does anyone know how to fix this or know how to properly use LOOT?

In case you haven't figured it out yet, this is a feature of game versions 1130 and 1170. There's been threads about this on these forums.
