Playing SexLab scenes causes instant orgasm and ends the animation

So I've recently tried installing Separate Orgasms, Fill Her Up Baka edition, and Sex Lab Plus.  Upon loading the game I tested the mods by playing a Sexlab scene and it seemed that I was no longer able to skip scenes by pressing SPACE, instead, it made them end immediately. I wanted to test which mods were causing it so I disabled them one by one but the issue seemed to persist in every scenario. Finally, I disabled them all, re-run Nemesis, and cleaned SexLab in-game, but now it's even worse. All animations end immediately - they play the first stage of the animation, immediately play orgasm effects, and then end along with the first stage. Trying to skip the animation stage with SPACE now ends the animation also. I've tried returning SexLab to default settings but to no avail, the only thing that has helped was disabling auto-advance stages, this is the only thing that seems to let me play the next stages, although it doesn't work for NPC on NPC scenes and in general is kind of annoying. It is also worth noting that this isn't an issue with my savefiles since I didn't make any new saves after installing the mods (so the one that I'm loading doesn't rely on any data from them). I think I moved some stuff in the left pane of MO2 after installing the mods but I don't remember what exactly (could that even be an issue?). I've also experienced some weird problems with animations "cycling" at the beginning, sometimes 2 other animations will play and end immediately, and then the 3rd one plays correctly (it's ALWAYS the 3rd one that gets played [if the described bug occurs that is, since it doesn't always occur]). Like I said I'm using MO2, and also I'm on the latest GOG version.
