Mod Configuration Menu Guide

I have looked, but cannot find. If there is truly not one, there should be.  Some of us have never used the framework, you know.  And, while most menu items have nice, short 'what does it do' dialogues, some are cryptic and some are MIA...

 

It's not like I am asking you to kill trees, y'know...

There is no rules anywhere to enforce descriptive information of each mod menu.  So up to now, it's up to each individual mod author (many) how informative they wrote their menu and description.
