Finally got arounf to creating my own Stable for Errant Red's Good Time Guys mod.

 

If you don't have this mod it can fully finction as either a Bar or a Nightclub, just with plenty of private rooms for other activities.  All the CC I've used is included in the folder, I have not created any of this nor do I take credit for it, there are for more tallented people out there.

 

I have my Stable on a 30x20 lot, and it costs arounf $99K.

 

I've also got it set with the Hypersexual lot trait as well as Khlas' Gay Only lot trait.

 

If should function without these other mods, but if you want a Stable for Men-Loving-Men then I'd highly recommend them.

Thank you! One question though. You talk about Khlas' Gay Only lot trait; where do you get that by chance? Could you give a link to the lot traits you've added?
