How to create bhkNPCCollisionObject and bhkRagdollSystem node?

Hi! I want to modify a existing Creature's skeleton and adding some new bones to it, with working collisions and ragdoll.

 

So in a Fallout 4 Skeleton.nif for example the Deathclaw, many bones have a node Called bhkNPCCollisionObject and inside that a bhkRagdollSystem node. How do you create these using 3dsmax 2013 and Havok Content Tools? Or just with any tool for that matter, does anyone know?
