Blue feet bug

im having issues in which male characters/npcs have blue feet. The mods i use for males are skysight, SoS, and the skysight patch, but ive deleted and redownloaded them half a dozen times now and it's the same issue. also the same issue without the mods. ive also checked my drivers and tried deleting my prefs and ini files. im definitely missing a piece of the puzzle but it's baffling me to high heavens. load order is below.

nvm i found the conflict, turns out it was an old SoS lite plugin that somehow stuck around that was causing the conflict. fixed now thankfully
