level up Nuturism skill and Exhibition skill

Hey what will happen if I choose not to buy Exhibitionist Trait(buyable at Nuturism skill lv.3++) and let Nuturism skill lv. up to 10 ?

Will my sim more comfort to undress outside ?

And how about what will happen to Exhibition skill when lv. up tp 10 ? more easily to convince sims for practice nudity ?

There is no information about it in game.

 

And what is different between this 2 skills ?
