Alternate Start or similar

So I know that Skyrims SLAL has a few adult starts. Does anything like that exist for Fallout aswell?

Want to start another playthrough but I really can't be arsed to go through the intro again after like 2000 hours of playtime and I kinda don't just want a regular start but something more interesting.

Any ideas?

unfortunately, I dont think there is an add on for either of them for LL content like in skyrim...
