body and head color mismatch but the texture looks fine

downloaded a custom saber race mod and there color mismatch between the head and the body. However when i view the texture on paint.net it looks fine, i have disabled all body texture mod that could possiblely effect this already, so I don't know what the issue is, any help would be appreciated thanks.

Check and see how it looks nude. Most likely the clothes are using a different body texture.

unfortunately it is the same on nude body, the head seems to be the issue here
