Abandoned grunge ghetto cc?

Does someone knows any good cc with the abandoned, dirty style, furniture, windows or doors?

rvsn, buffsumm and ats4 all have "grunge" cc.  should be able to find stuff with a simple google search of "sims 4 grunge cc". more so furniture. not sure about doors and windows but i've seen broken windows cc before so you can prob find it.
