CTD when entering the LotD Safe House from museum.

Every time I enter the Safe House through the door in the museum I get a CTD. I can enter via the Secret Passage with no issue and enter the museum from the Safe House without an issue. I can also enter the Safe House from the museum if I enter from the Secret Passage, enter the museum, and then re-enter the Safe House from the museum.
