How to permanently disable additional experience gain and penalties when you are aroused?

I play a mod collection where experience is gained by killing characters and gaining experience for them and other interactions in the game such as quests.
Because of this effect (possibly), leveling up skills becomes impossible and breaks down. I am 100% sure that this mod is to blame for this because everything works if you remove it.

The question is how to fix this bug and disable the influence of the mod on gaining experience.

I will be very grateful for your help, since I have been suffering from this problem for a long time and it does not allow me to play normally and level up my character.
