Female bottom body selector is broken

(To make sure this wasnt a problem with other mods, i loaded up a new save in sims 4 with only the new Janurary 1st version of wicked whims installed.)

 

When i go on female sims and select "has penis"/"set as has penis", no penis appears. This seems to only be a problem with the female bottom body selector, since i could set male sims as "has vagina"/"set as has vagina" just fine. I looked it up and apparently im not the only one with this issue, i saw a reddit post from 5 months ago that had this problem too (link below). Wondering if anyone is having this problem too and how to fix it. I also wanna know how long until a patch fixes it maybe? I dont think i was having this problem before, its hard for me to tell though because this is one of the first times ive tried to change the female bottom in the body selector.
