Any help making a female top mesh into a WW selectable body part?

I have this top mesh by Saruin that is a CAS clothing top but I'd like to make it a WW selectable as well. (Not a default). Does any one know how to do this who can help me out?

From ( https://turbodriver.itch.io/wickedwhims/devlog/406431/wickedwhims-tutorials ), following the instructions on ( https://turbodriver.itch.io/wickedwhims/devlog/137359/support-for-custom-cas-parts ) in order to create the XML files WW needs to "see" the custom parts, how they should be used, etc, etc, etc.
