Modern Armor Break Mod

Spurred on by the release of Acheron - Death Alternative on the Nexus, I've been looking everywhere I can think of for "Armor Break mods" as certain systems explicitly interact with mods of that nature. The trouble of course being, I can't seem to find what I presume it's referring to. The closest match I can find is the Breakable Equipment System mod, however the last update to it was close to a year ago now, so I presume that's not the one they had in mind when referring to Armor Break.

Is there a more modern system to employ equipment and armor damage that I'm not aware of?

I also recommend this mod: Don't Roll In That - NPC Loot Reduction
Especially when you have more enemies mods, so you will never end up with too many looted armor/weapons after defeating them all.
