Turn an outfit item into an accessory

Here's a mod that adds an immersive set of outfits to skyrim npcs. It makes a few selected female npcs to make it look like their holding a baby. I'd like to request someone to crop out only that baby Item to be used as an "accessory" which can be equipped on any body type ESPECIALLY  CBBE HDT bodies because I only use outfits of CBBE bodyslide.

 

Can someone turn that baby in the arm into an equipment item?
