I only know that disabling "certain installed mod only while leaving other intact" can cause black water, which is weird since pressing f2 to disable everything does not have black water.

I use a VVMOD manager, mostly Knight77's MOD.

The MODs I use are Costume, Nude, High Polygon, Tsukushi Glasses Delete, Gacha Demist, and Wet Effects.

What happens if you disable WetEffects.ini in the mod manager and then press F10 to reload your mods?

 

Edit: Ah, missed your updated text. Perhaps it was the HideScene_Experimental mod? Did you see any mods showing up in red in the mod manager before you disabled those in grey? There might have been a mod conflict.

I have never run F10 after disabling WetEffects.ini.
Once I turned off all MODs, the black water problem was resolved, so if the same problem occurs in the future, I will try disabling and updating WetEffects.ini.
