[REQUEST] Fade to Black (a mod that fades into an animation scene and fades out at the end of the animation

Does anyone know if such a mod exists for SE/AE? Seems to me I had such a mod some years ago, but have not been able to find it since.  I have found some old notes on the site, and a down load tab, but no down load. Thanks
