How to import my own animations?

Hi all! I'm an animator and I made one sex animation for WW Sims 4. I wanted to see it in the game right away and maybe fix some mistakes. I exported it according to the instructions here https://wickedwhimsmod.com/tutorials  but my animation is not showing up in the game. I'm new to this stuff and I think I need more detailed instructions than here. Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for importing animations into the game? Do I need to export the sofa if I made an animation on the sofa or not? How can I assign an animation type (vaginal, anal, etc.) when I have only one animation?

Is it in your Mods folder??  If it isn't in your Mods folder, you'll NEVER find it
